1. Are they big or small?

They fit a bit bigger so you can have the option to wear them with socks. If you are a half-size and we don’t have yours available, please size down. 

If you are having trouble choosing your size, please email us at info@wtawtawshoes.com, we will be happy to help you choose the right size.

2. Are they comfy as they look?

Yes, but sometimes the weather conditions during shipping make them a little stiffer. This is because they are made of compression EVA material exposed to ambient temperature. 

Wear them for a week and they will regain their unique softness, or soak them in warm water for 30 minutes. 

Also together with the slides in the package you will receive a card with step-by-step instructions on what to do to make them regain their unique softness, follow it.

3. Do these shoes fit wide feet?

Yes, our shoes fit wide feet.

4. What are they made of?

Wtawtaw shoes are made of EVA, for soft compression, comfort, and durability. We can also offer customized services like material, styles, etc.
